I have first chaired enumerable cases due to the nature of my employment, probably totaling around 1K to 2K first chair cases at this point...I'm pretty sure you mean "innumerable" and not "enumerable".When I say I have been at this quite a long time, it is absolutely true, because I have logged more hours in the Courtroom than most of my colleagues in my particular peer group.IMHO, to say you have been at this "quite a long time" which doesn't mean what any of us reading such a statement thinks it means, which is,"This guy has been practicing law for years (as in perhaps a decade)" and instead means you have more courtroom hours than other lawyers who passed the bar in 2014 is misleading.

One i know the parcel I knew the last guy who tried to develop it and it got turned down it was NOT developable based on EIR concerns. but she did not know that and Remington approved her very quickly just send us 10k.. then dumped her over time with no intention or means to ever make a loan on that.. there are innumerable amount of folks that try to do their first developments have no track record and fall for these due diligence scams.
