I value reciprocity and am eager to make connections, and friendships. 

It sound's like you not only have the personal experience but also the direct (even 'Childhood Friendships') most people don't have with your connections/family in the building industry.

Hey BP, One of my good friends is totally just did the worst tax job in 2022 I've ever experienced, I vowed I wouldn't ever use him and mix business and friendship..., but my last CPA totally did me dirty and I had to find somebody I could trust and he always asked me for the business..who better than your good friend?

Luckily Monday morning I got a call from a man who lived in the same park with his best friend but wanted to get out before it ruined their friendship.

I've learned a lot from all of you and I made some friendships along the way.  

Careful who you do business with, businesses can ruin friendships.

That is true for money, a smile, love, or friendship.

He said, “dont worry....our friendship is worth more than $12000”If they are truly a friend...you will pay them back on time.

I tell everyone that their friendship is worth more to me than a commission, and I mean it.
