But this new woke culture war hit some of the big name companies really hard and I had a huge lost on them: Meta, Disney, Target, Nike and NIO (this is not so much the woke culture but just the company did not perform as expected).

The opportunity zones include areas where Nike, Amazon, Arizona State University and Phoenix Rising soccer club are launching major developments.They also include neighborhoods where thousands of apartments and a growing number of hotels are planned or under construction.

I think that it could be a complete game-changer for those in need who use it wisely, but if the majority uses it to get the latest iphone, nikes, etc. then it will all be for naught. 

So here's my question: There's a new outdoor shopping center with stores like The Gap, Nike Factory Outlet, etc set to be built close to me. 

Nike almost doubled and a lot of other tech came in .. so we were short 8 to 9k doors we need just to keep up with demand..
