@Akshay Bhaskaran I’m not going to speak to any of the locations but my family lives north of Dallas and the heat wave this year and presumably with global climate shifting heat waves in subsequent years also has really been destroying foundations.

However, the current economic climate indicates that Houston is now entering the later stage of the growth cycle.Based on the number of projects currently under development, it is expected that supply will continue to outpace demand until the end of the year.
