We've used several in the past few years and there seems to be no happy medium between a solo plumber who won't send invoices for two weeks and the giant company with high rates.

The reason in this giant difference is because this lot has one end as a "triangle", it seems that the 3000 SQFT is calculated base on the triangle is a full rectangle.

What I'm after is challenging your presuppositions that wealth comes from exploitation and radically changing them to the view that wealth comes from freedom of individual pursuit and that as freedom in the US increased as we threw out immoral outdated European/African/Asian concepts like slavery - so did it's wealth.
