@Joe Gore   Not likely  unless its high end stuff at the other end of the spectrum  where it makes no sense to buy it from an asset manager when you just wait for it to be listed and all the hair is off it then you negotiate for the buy..

Then I set my prices just a hair lower for a while, you can always raise them later once you've tested the market.I wouldn't trust anyone else's analysis personally.
