The previous landlord (mom & pop operation such as ours) was stunned and very grateful to receive the call and the money due to him.

Instead, I paid for 100% of all other "joint" expenses, such as groceries, car insurance (but not his car payment), dining out, vacations, etc.  

When I was done showing how shower curtains work, they look stunned and said "oh, never knew that".

It has a small kitchen and a 3/4 bath with no dining area, but it works.

Water flooded the dining area, living room, kitchen, laundry room of my ground floor condo.

I was more than a little stunned when the sheriff attended the next neighborhood watch,  and announced that since he had threatened to kill me,  he could be shot on sight.  

It also screws with the visual dimensions of the property.One unit that I'm very familiar with, the agent added a large dining room table near the kitchen and in another pic added a large couch and end-table in the living room pic.

And I am just stunned that you’ve been in this for that long, and in California.

The idea is to provide beds, desks in each room, a dining room table, a couch, and hook ups for tv’s.

One unit is a three bed one full bath with kitchen, living room and dining.
