Honestly, I was stunned when I started at how successful I was in a small area that is not extremely well-known.

The new roof leaked water into the dining room ruining the dining room wood floor.

It all blended in and is stunning.

Wow it's really stunning - incredible job!  

Then I'd build a network of multi-millionaires by utilizing the remaining $50K to join millionaires clubs and build relationships at exclusive golf courses and fine dining establishments.

We often leave the area to shop and dine in nearby Culver City, Koreatown, USC and DTLA. 

Now, the hardwood flooring in our living room is splitting and buckling in several areas and the same wood flooring in our dining room looks just plain awful as several of the planks sit up higher than others.

I picked up 3 bed frames (1 full, 1 queen, and 1 twin), 3 mattresses, nightstands, dining table & 4 chairs, mirror, pyrex dishes, secretary cabinet, and a few other knick knacks for $235.What really ate into my budget was things like comforters, bed sheets, lamps, coffee maker, pillows, rugs, etc. — I went to IKEA & Target for those and that came to about $800.
