Applicants attorneys take the path of least resistance and from what I have seen if your liability limits are high... they rarely bother trying to go after personal assets.

Their idea of business improvement is to switch to electric resistance heating (aka baseboards) and stick their tenants with $400 - $800 heating bills in the middle of winter.I love these landlords as they supply us with amazing tenants.

If the financing does not materialize the seller mar have to follow eviction procedures, possibly foreclosure procedures, depending on how much the buyer resists, to get the building back.
