The broker, heck, even the chain of brokers can all chip and pay for my look which comes with no guarantee they will see a transaction and if a transaction does manifest and additional fee would be required from them for the learning experience.  

Potential deals seem to just manifest when you start meeting people and finding out what they do and how to help them and how they can help you.

As long as this remains a theoretical problem and doesn't manifest as a real actual problem for someone in WA or the 9th circuit I'm not going to worry about it.The only thing I really don't like about dealing with REO's (aside from the 20 page ludicrously unilateral contracts) is how they try to strongarm me into using their preferred title and escrow services.
