It was the most expensive at $200 but it was new, never used.The dining sets were Thomasville and Ethan Allen.

And there was a number of other things.There was some great things about this property though as the kitchen and bathrooms, along with the hardwood floors on the main level were stunning.  

Down stairs has a living room/dining room, kitchen/den combination, one bedroom, a full bath with washer/dyer connections.

In looking at the National Electrical Code, it indicates that bedroom, living room, and dining room light fixtures must be controlled by a light switch and not a pull chain.

The work included:-- Fully remodeling the kitchen and two existing bathrooms-- Opening up the choppy main floor to eliminate a narrow hallway and expose the kitchen to the dining room-- Adding back a half bath that had previously been eliminated from the main floor-- Creating a master suite by taking a bedroom and turning it into a master closet and bathroom off the largest bedroom-- New tile front porch, landscaping and garage doors-- New paint, light fixtures, etc. throughoutThe age of the house caused a couple budget issues during renovation, but our biggest roadblock to an efficient renovation was from the GC's end.

I planned on splitting any repairs four ways in the common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen) equally amongst the four of us.

I  had popcorn in the kitchen and dining room of a property we planned to flip.

While there is not the variety of amenities that most people from an urban area would enjoy and deem necessary, such as dining or shopping, those living in smaller communities look for different aspects.
