I want a life of financial independence and wealth.So I am ready to start my journey in the fix & flip, as well as, the rental aspects of REI.Having been a resident of both the Orlando and the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel areas, over the past 7 years, I have witnessed the growth and the potential that these markets have to offer. 

I am very involved wit the community and have evolved into a Student Leader.  

I am new to BiggerPockets here but I have personally seen and witnessed people learning and upgrading their real estate investment business by just joining BP.

Because I had not witnessed an actual crime.

The info on it is good but if you know how to wholesale or are familiar w/ it, then the course will seem fairly redundant.

Or did you witness this on the security video, i.e. agent left client unattended and thought "nobody will ever find out"?

I've witnessed my own parents invest and manage rental properties since the 70s.

I have witnessed first hand a partner of ours in Houston that has 10+ large B/C class Apt properties and during the oil plunge they actually have done quite well, occupancy at their properties have stayed about 93% and moved up slightly while class A fell off the cliff down 15 to 25% in certain submarkets.  

Also - I have witnessed a ton of investors in my area taking Bostonian tenants by the masses throughout the last year.
