A lot of electricians will quote you the price assuming you’re fixing their wall holes etc they needed to fish the work.

To be honest, "investor focused homeowners" might not be the best pond for you to be fishing in.

I just need to build somewhere but you’re right if it’s prime real estate what could fish the most dollar?

Context: 3200 sq. ft. home on a 1.25 acre mostly wooded lot in a rural area that is a short (30-45 minute) drive to a major metro area.From what I have seen, to clear an acre, put in a pond, and stock it with fish could run as little as $10k.Knowing nothing else, would this be a good idea to potentially add value to the home if I were to sell in 2 years?
