The initial FM rep on the phone had no last name on his emails...Hmmmm I asked him straight up what his last name was and he would not reveal?!?!?!?!

Reveal that financial obligation to your lender and have them revoke their commitment to lend to you because of it. 

Obviously, there are privacy concerns and so you can't reveal too much information.

This will usually at least reveal the date and original amount borrowed.  

@Harry Williams, you really need to have this discussion with your CPA (I'm not one), as there are a number of things at play and your post reveals at least one issue that you're confused about.
