I doubt it exists, but having software that keeps track of utilities that can integrate with an electronic rent payment system would be invaluable.

I honestly don't see why they should be entitled to a cut as they get a monthly fee (9% of the rent; $100-160 in my case) and most months for that they collect the rent (paid electronically) and put it in the bank (also done electronically)-so are very well paid for the amount of time it takes ($100-160 for maybe an hours work being generous as I don't think it takes an hour).

Hi folks,Trying to figure this out and do the right thing while filing my taxes.I established an LLC to run my real estate business and keep it separate from my personal stuff.My leases are all under the LLC.Tenants pay electronically into my LLC bank accounts.Payments are made through LLC debit and credit cards.Property is under my name, not the LLC.

I was a little confused when I first read this thread because, to me, 'direct deposit' means the deposit happens electronically--no one actually physically goes to the bank or whatnot.
