I have personally witness lenders give very good deals on short sales and I have seen lenders play hard ball on short sales when they should be giving the property away.Just my two cents.

However, now after 30 years in the Manufactured Home Industry I have also defaulted into the world of consulting, trouble shooting and expert witness assignments where I've worked with governmental and private citizens and organizations.I've subsequenty turned the day to day operations of my biz over to one of my sons and am now in land acquisition and car wash development.

@Doug PretoriusThose cease and desist letters aren't issued for the fun of it:)I filed on one unlicensed broker in Feb 2017 and just received a letter from the state saying a citation was issued and i may be called as a witness.
