Only so much travel and relaxing you can do but that's just me. 

LA relaxed some of its building rules, builders came in and built a lot of higher end units, the police moved the bums along out of the area and high end restaurants and shops started to move in. 

I am just a landlord that finds them easy to work with because the have no real agenda except getting high and relaxing.

Hence why people sleep more when they work out- their bodies need to rebuild that muscle.

It certainly would be so nice to have that extra cushion or security of that passive/mailbox $ coming in so you can relax and not have to stress all the time.  

Just because it's not a good place to invest (IMO only -- relax SD investment super fans) doesn't mean it's not a good place to live.

I work from home, so I don't go out for coffee or food (except for pizza Friday's)I buy work dresses on Amazon for like $30But I am very aware of my time and outsource many thingsfavorite purchase this year was my robot vacuum I take 6-8 weeks off for vacation a year and don't cheap out on itI get massages twice a month because it relaxes me and makes me happyIt is all about balance. 

For me this site is a break in between deals to relax some and have fun.
