I'd say too, the best defense is a good offense, once threatened go into action as if it were war!

Seriously, anything else is a criminal offense.

Not to be offensive, but why would they rely on you to bring them a cash buyer?

Don't take it personal or offensive, but, the fact is, if you had made better choices with regard to the wedding, honeymoon, cheaper rent, car payment, wherever those debts came from (excluding medical) then you could have bought your house pre-wedding and been living there right after the honeymoon.

I take offense to your statement  LOL.. :) give us RE brokers a break.No question some are just starting.. and no questions some may have the experience level as someone like myself.. or other piers of mine.. but we usually are not working with newbies..

It is a criminal offense that the cities prosecute if you fail to register. 

Please don't take offense, but the experienced posters on this site prefer to answer specific questions rather than the sort of generic questions you asked.

And blue you might want to rethink how you approach people they might find it real offensive the way you approach them.
