I believe the bonus depreciation is going to be 80% in 2023 and 60% in 2024 if I'm not mistaken (not a CPA so definitely consult with them). 

A lot of people mistakenly think that an LLC is a corporation.

A 401k goes in pre-tax and gets taxed on the back end, if I am not mistaken.
