Follow the path of least resistance.

There are so many who are simply trying to make dreams come true, taking paths of least resistance that they are really a public menace as well as putting themselves at risks they aren't even aware of.  

The rental market is very hot but I've found out that it does have a limit.I am really resistant to hire a pm.

I'm still seeing the 2% rule in my portfolio so I resisted the temptation to sell. 

we will turn over to them to sell it. we pay better commissions than the banks yet we still get resistance.

First off, you're going to meet resistance from the installer.

Scott:  I should have expected @Brandon Turner would have chosen to display the back of the shirt above.For your next item, might I suggest a light-weight, water resistant, wind-shirt (pull-over w/ 1/3 zip or a full zip), which folds-up in it's own "Bigger Pocket" for storage and hangs off your pack/belt/whatever, when you are not wearing it.I promise I'll use it when I running an ultra out your way ...

I resist moving like that since I paid a real estate guru group $36k basically for a bunch of classroom visits and some dvds - once burned twice shy  :)We are ready to move one IRA over, so after talking with my CPA I will probably also go with SunWest.
