How can you, as a novice, add value to an experienced investor like him?

I'm a novice so bear with me. 

I don't know if what I want exists, but its worth a shot to ask you experts out there as I'm still a novice.

I've been lurking on this thread for awhile and, as a novice investor, find this spreadsheet invaluable.

I've been reading many of posts over the last several months and it has stood out to me the preaching of creative finance that members of this community are, or have been, involved with.As an eager and appreciative novice who is still working on finding that important, albeit difficult, first step into REI, can you shed some light on how you gathered and learned about the creative ways of REI financing?

This^^^I'm amazed at some people who are looking for funding partners in one message or post, then in the next message, they are asking such basic novice questions it's obvious they really don't know what they are doing. 

I am a bit of a novice in terms of US property however there does seem to be a lot of opportunities.

Ok, I can go through a seven page contract with a novice homeowner in about 20 minutes and about 45 if there are alot of questions.

I am a novice in your market, but not in investing so I too am learning right here on BP from people like Jay and Bob and many others.All the very best to you in whatever direction you choose to move.
