Hi,  I have a wood burning stove that I am trying to circulate heat.  

Oven/Stove: Clean racks and inside of oven (including drip pans) to completely remove all stains.

This past week, the property manager emailed me to tell me that someone had stolen the Fridge and the Stove from the property.

Should I offer a decrease in rent based on not having hot water and stove/oven, and in one apt their dryer, capabilities for 5 days?   

Refrigerator, stove, dryer, washing machine?

I'm fairly certain I paid for a stove 3 times over early on in my investing.  

It had electrical hookups for a stove, but no actual kitchen.

The house I'm rehabbing to rent now will have all appliances included (washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, and microwave hood).

Last thing you want is your tenant to forget about a pot of chili on the stove or to have him or her cooking up some extravagant, yet smelly, dish without the proper ventilation.Really, though, what it boils down to is what you're comfortable with.

I went and picked out a stove, then he asked if I wanted to have it delivered.
