I thought ceramic tile floors would be pet resistant, but now I understand urine can be trapped permanently in the tile grout too.

Is the moisture resistant drywall in the bathroom and kitchen worth it?

Personally, I've given up resistance and (fatally, perhaps) jumped in to run everything online.Definitely hear your point on availability of documentation and tips - everything I'm seeing is for the desktop version.  

If any of them put up any resistance, what's the worst case for me?

Some laminate flooring these days have a 50 year warranty and are highly water resistance.  

As a new real estate sales agent years ago after leaving corporate America seeking my own business, I learned very quickly how antiquated the business was AND still is, which has everything to do with emotional intelligence & path to least resistance thinking, called greed.When negotiations are taking place, whether I represent the buyer or seller, I always - 100% of the time, vet the agent on the other side because that is the gateway to success.

Front of the house could use some drought resistant plants.

Unless you have a broker who understands that you want to do real estate deals you may meet with some resistance.    

If you want this to cease, the path of least resistance is generally not to renew her lease.
