I immediately ran into a problem because TennantCloud uses Stripe or electronic payments and my local credit union does not allow Stripe transactions (Strange I know but it's a problem).

It is simple and you can electronically record it to convey title from your LLC back to you. 

If you have an online application or electronic version I would offer those in addition to paper.

I think that sometimes when we equate the purchase of a house to the purchase of something at an electronic store it is a bit of a false equivalent.A house purchase is for most people the biggest and most committed purchase they will ever make in their life.

I figure it is for my convenience and these were clients who I migrated to electronic rents when they were already my tenants.
