Maryland weather is unpredictable this time of year...it was 70 degrees on Christmas, but will be below freezing at night this week.

Most residential tenants do not want to move during Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years and are waiting for tax refund checks to get back.

My fund assets will be distributed in mid-January and I am looking at breaking out of my comfort zone by possibly investing out of my market in good cash flow rental areas, or learning about wholesaling or investing in promissories, mortgages or D/T.That is me in a nutshell on Christmas day.

We passed our Final Inspection in December as an early Christmas Gift and spent a couple more months putting the finishing touches on.As I said earlier the original plan was to subdivide the lot into three but we came to find out the City, having just adopted the ordinance, really wasn't familiar with how to apply it, and couldn't give us even a general idea of the cost or amount of time.

It's invaluable for the Christmas feast to have a couple extra acres of fridge room.

It will be infinitely harder when you are at their door on Christmas Eve with the Sheriff to kick them out. 

OK renovation, but due to owner, timeline blown with the property coming on the market at Christmas, without really being able to do anything to the outside.  

I'm starting in on the task of Christmas shopping, and looking for good books for one family member.
