It's amazing, and a financial tragedy. 

And I am sure they will be looking to settle with an insurance company, as most people don't have the assets to pay off such a settlement from this type of tragedy.  

Tragedy always happens when you least expect it.

This is just normal life, it’s not some kind of tragedy when these things happen.

These wholesalers create a BAD name for the good, quality wholesalers.. and that is the real tragedy.

Tell them you need their help immediately, and you would not like to, but be forced to go to all of these outlets to prevent a similar tragedy from happening to other unsuspecting AirB&B folks.

It's a tragedy that personal finance classes are largely not taught in school and many Americans are under the delusion Social Security is enough to live on. 

So far on this second day of September, one tenant has paid their rent, one said they had a tragedy that took all their money so the rent is going to be late, and the rest we haven't heard from.
