Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, "Wolf Dog", Bull Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler and any combination of these.Tenants will be evicted for misrepresenting any of the above type of dog, as well as for being in possession of any poisonous, dangerous, endangered species or otherwise illegal pet.

I came home to an email that said " if my air conditioner is not fixed by 6 PM I am calling the police on you for endangering our lives" I emailed back and asked if he had recieved the fan i had our handyman dropped off, he said yes.. then I asked if he had opened the windows for air flow.. he said he wouldnt open the windows due to safety issues..

I do not suggest you convert, trying to save money now will hurt you, any licensed plumber who will do this is a joke and is endangering you and anyone in that house, the venting of an oil fired boiler to gas fired boiler is different as well.

He turns a shovel on your land and mucks it up by stripping land, destroying endangered species, hitting a gas main etc etc etc.If he leases the property he walks and you pay.Better to sell as is and 1031.
