I am getting a loan for one property now talking to three different lenders they all tell me 5, the only one that was precise told me 5.25.I have no debts whatsoever high salary, no dependents, no mortgages, nothing and a credit score of 763One of them told me that I am getting a hit because the amount (home is priced at 75k and im likely to pay it 62 or so).

Yes i do, every time i come home, take off my shoes, put my slippers on and sing wont you be my neighbor..... the first time would be OK but being that this happened again then that would be enough to charge the tenant. i would also send a letter to them saying that cloths or anything else other than washing your hands and brushing of teeth are not allowed in bathroom sinks and the same goes for the Kitchen sink with the added exception of washing dishes, provided no food scraps  are dumped down the drain.

As as a result, nearly all the major insurance carriers are entirely unwilling to provide me with umbrella policy insurance at all and the only one who would even take me for regular home insurance on my properties for a reasonable rate was Nationwide- who has absolutely horrible customer service and won't ever get back to me 90% of the time I've asked a question or for a quote on anything and its like pulling teeth dealing with them.
