they are a small fish in the see, I would not worry about them, if they begin to overpay eventually it will catch up to them and they will be forced to sell (and most likely at a discount).

Phoenix so I did the appropriate notification and found they had 4 large dogs and 2 cats, unnumbered fleas and 3 large fish tanks full of fish, beyond the 1 dog allowed in their agreement.
