From what I understand,  one of the main differences between thicker and thinner planks is that thicker planks can be made to "float" over the floor after installation.

The same goes for LVT (I buy commercial grade which has a thicker wear layer) and I've started tiling kitchens as a tenant will scratch/tear the heck out of a LVT or linoleum floor when they move the fridge or stove (while cleaning).

I do satin walls and semi-gloss trim with Behr Ultra premium which truly requires one coat (recommend 2 coats or use a primer with dark colors)

Notice how in the video the dude proselytizes for larger sledges when busting up these tubs -- I have 8 and 14-pound sledges, sometimes the smaller one does work better when you're dealing with thicker steel.Usually, you break the clawfoot down to the base (the base won't break with normal effort) and have a couple guys move the base out whole.There are bathtub Marys on a lot of lawns around my area.
