People are just rude about this whole business and feel no compunction whatsoever to simply skip an appointment.One of the reasons I very recently got my first IPhone (ever!)

But when I managed to get access to the property, I discovered that no work whatsoever had been done on the property.

I have no experience whatsoever.  

All that stated, however, if as @Ofelia Flores has suggested, she is a good tenant who pays her rent on time and takes care of the property why kick a gift horse in the teeth.

Well now the A/C no longer leaks, but it also does not work whatsoever, and its getting warmer and warmer fast.I don't want to cause a huge fuss and b*tch her out or be a headache tenant.

But it has been my experience over the years that people will lie thru their teeth and will screw thier fellow man/woman over in a second if they think it will benefit them.  

I’m not looking for a hand out by no means whatsoever whether it be being mentored or whatever, I didnt mean for it to sound as If I did.
