The question is what happens when you buy in CA and the elevator is going down instead of up.  

Like an elevator, they can either go up or down but rarely stay in one place.Long term profitability is a function of demand.

Also the builders would sometimes choose a funky color or somewhat ugly "elevation" on a house that wasn't pre-sold, and it would sit empty while the owner occupants chose other lots to build on, renters don't care as much as owners if their lot isn't the best or their front columns could have looked like their other neighbor.

Im pulling together the survey/elevation/floorplan sketches, but am wondering if there is helpful info as to what to expect.

This property is located between Muskegon, MI and Ludington, MI and provides an excellent elevated view.

Have someone go out there with a transit and shoot the elevations to see if regrading will even work .

The ability to refinance homes at record low rates seem to be keeping elevated delinquencies in check with over half of all mortgage loans created since the start of the pandemic being non-cash-out refinances (with up to 70% of all recent mortgage loans being refis).

They still have to dig down to the beginning and end of the 45' line, 10 feet deep to make the connection, but the section in between can be laid at a shallow elevation, but a pump is needed. 

Would anyone be able to recommend an architect to work with to create cabin floor plans and elevations?
