I am just an airport maintenance person but  I predict a big number of state funded projects that may not get funding. 

And soon It will have a rail line between Union station and the airport.

However that area, and everything around the airport, is going to be seeing major, major growth in the next decade.

My personal strategy for rentals is very specific - buy value-add MF below replacement cost (what it costs for new construction) in areas with growing population in MSAs with populations greater than 150k within 50 miles of a major airport.

Plans to were announced last month to invest $2B into the cities airport in anticipation of the population/business travel growth.

But I think I am partial to Manchester based on location and amenities, airport, Whole Foods, restaurants (I am told there are a good amount of nice ones?).

The airport is amazing but it just doesn't have a good vibe to me whereas the Seacoast has some really charming areas.
