A wood stove in the kitchen/family room & a pellet stove on the bottom floor/bonus room of this split-level home where the 3rd bed/ba. is also located with laundry.

I'll have to get a stove as well, but nothing else major. 

We are also replacing the stove and fridge and it is ready to go. 

We are having our plumber install gas lines to the dryer and stove because we have gas appliances.

I had a stove stolen out of my last flip and if renting they tend to attract problematic tenants.

Then when it got too cold to stay in the tent I bought and old school bus, gutted it, put in a wood stove and we lived in that over the winter. 

In the process they shut off the gas to the hot water heater so they got to go without hot water, the kitchen stove, and the fireplace until I was able to get someone over to turn it all back on for them.

Essentially it is set up as a separate apartment - fridge, stove, microwave, toilet, stand-up shower.We moved to the second floor apartment, and to avoid dealing with illegal apartment issues with the basement, we capped the gas line and removed the stove and rented the apartment out to a friend as a first floor/basement duplex on a single lease.
