Well it looks like I've finally found some BiggerPocket members in my neck of the woods. 

Back in 09  the GFC I was buying foreclosures in Fort Meyers ( lehigh Acres) FLA  basically brand new never lived in 3 and 2 1600 sq ft homes and I was paying 30 to 40k for them.. at that Time I was telling my wife that is some of the best deals in the entire world for a family to buy.US health US schools new homes all for 30 to 40k.. of course I just flipped them for 60k as soon as I could .. but you get the drift.there are still areas of the US I work were you can buy a decent home that is livable for under 50k Especially in Jills neck of the woods and a little east over into PA..

I really like the Ogden/porters neck area and around the university is very popular!
