I'll begin by looking into the Aurora/ Naperville and North Aurora/ Batavia areas since they are closest to me and I have some familiarity with them.

Trying it out with your investing LLC may at least give you insight in what you DON'T want to do as an agent.Personally, I think a series-LLC sounds like the closest fit to what you're considering.

However, my experience says...no.The closest you will get is if you are an owner-user of a commercial and may qualify for a SBA loan for 10-15% down.  

Hi i'm Bill, I love talking about real estate and meeting new people but to my knowledge the closest "meetups" and REAs are in Hartford and Worcester.

There's just more educated estimating involved.What I do is zero in on the one or two rentals that are absolutely the closest to the property I'm trying to rent.

The closest things we could find were townhomes that went anywhere from 134,900 to 170,000. 

The closest thing we found was a 2000 sq ft $280k home in Canyon Rim that might rent out for $1800.

The closest deal I found if I had all the units in a triplex rented out was a negative cash flow of $150.
