This feels more like an “offensive defense” that the tenant is using to distract from the fact that she is breaking lease early and would normally owe you that $10k difference.

Hence don't shoot me down if i say something illogical... however, if you do... i won't take it offensive... since I am simply trying to learn and properly trying to understand my capabilities.Also once again this request is mostly to already existing multi family building owners...
