I prefer to just pay the cc off quickly while paying the high interest rather than applying for new cards, as the new applications can affect my credit score and I want to protect it as much as possible.I agree though, a great strategy when lacking funds, especially for someone who wants to start and is confident in the project.

I normally charge all my business expenses on my cc's and always pay off my balances every month, I just make bi-weekly payments, whatever I charged I pay off, so my cc companies extend a lot of offers.

If the project is for a flip, then try to get or use CC's with 0% interest or as low an interest rate as you can get, then pay them off immediately after closing.
