Being so close to the airport, I think daily bookings may be a better route.

I work at Brainard Airport, quick access to 91 and 84 if you ever want to meet during lunch.

You have airport 15 min away, Miami port 10 min away, South Beach 15 mins away, American Air Line Arena 5 min walking distance, plus you have huge events all year long including Ultra and you have big tech companies moving to downtown Miami.

If you don’t mind going even more north, Hollywood Beach, which is close to Ft Lauderdale airport, has places where you can just walk to the beach and the city of Hollywood, FL has regulations on how to get an STR permit, which means the city has actually thought about AirBnbs and is intentionally allowing them.If you’re interested in this area, I have a lot of fellow Airbnbers who who were over-leveraged when the shut down hit and are now trying to get out of the game.

All the research I did pointed CLT had good job & population growth but actually visiting the city and seeing all their infrastructure improvement they were doing at the time and still continuing to do validated all my research.CLT having a major airport with many flight options to my local city made it easy for me to travel back and forth..

We oddly enough moved back from SoCal 3 yrs ago as well bc of the growing infrastructure in the area, affordable housing (when compared to our old backyards - Inland Empire/Orlando), reasonable drive to the MTNs/Beach, ~1-2 hr drive to larger cities/airports, and just frankly the beautiful landscape of the Tennessee valley! 

The northern suburbs offer class A neighborhoods, good schools, and close proximity to the DFW airport. 

Look at the airport expansion. 

. - large healthcare scene (emory, cdc)- multiple amazon distributions throughout metro-  major universities Georgia state, georgia tech, emory- busiest airport in the world - museums, cinema scene, nightlife, food, breweries and multiple parks. - solid cost of living - home to major sport teams falcons, braves, dream, hawks , atl united. - close to other major cities..
