It just happened.I actually had a debate with a co-worker about a situation almost identical to the one you describe.

If a co-GP is the local contact what do they do....are they a full time ER doc focused on medicine...a VP at GS focused on their career, or are they full time flexible RE investor that has control of their time, that can spend a little more or a lot more time at the asset if needed.2.

I think you could potentially either keep your current asset, set up systems to make it as passive as possible, and possibly hire a co-host like you mentioned or property management.

This reminds of something a co-worker of mine just told me after she moved back up north to SF.
