I would insist on electronic payment of rent, though, as I do not want what’s in those $1 bills

Neon gas is used to produce chips used in cars, electronics, you name it.

The main topics that come to mind immediately are the need for electronic or smart locks, dynamic pricing tools, how to screen guests, and how to write house rules so that everyone knows what is expected of them. 

I had a tenant that used williampaid a few times but after I got set up with rentpost, all my electronic payments come through that.

@Brie Schmidt Any thoughts to having some/all of your rents sent to an electronic deposit  system?

We avoid appliances with extra bells and whistles, as well as those with too many electronic parts. 

I want my tenants to pay electronically.

They come electronically for added convenience. 

It just means it is income that does not qualify as ST or LT income (less than 1 year).

I give one $25/month discount for paying direct deposit electronically and a second $25/month discount if their rent is paid on the 1st or early.
