There is a crawlspace directly under-that has visual stress cracks on the outside walls at each end and the walls appear starting to fall outward.

In just my time there from 1988-2015, there is a visual change, that eventually will become apparent to banks and insurance companies underwriting the RE assets.

I even lost to someone who had only a visual inspection contingency where they just walked the property themself without an inspector (crazy in any market). 

I've used them a lot and the graphs and so forth always look so sharp on my screen, but what a great move to take it to that next step and use them as a visual aid so people understand you're serious and know your stuff.
