You see the prices of cobbs creek from a year ago before the spike (85-110k) are identical to what you are seeing now in those pockets. 

The person applying pays Zillow like 20$ and the credit check is an Experian credit check I’m not sure how in-depth the background check is though it does run Social Security number and confirm identity.

Acceptance must be identical to the terms of the offer. 

There are lots of threads with original posts nearly identical to this one that you can find, the above is just an answer that isn't necessarily always talked about.

If you're doing background checks on potential tenants, then that should verify their identity with no need for notarization.

So total of $2500.00 that I lost to this scammer plus the fear of identity theft because he got my info including wife and kids.  

There are identical townhomes being leased out at strong rates that would heavily cash flow against my current mortgage....and in the meantime I get to enjoy living in new construction!
