My partner wants to get 3D renderings to help visualize the changes and different options.

It helps people "visualize" what they can do with the interior/exterior, and helps them remember things after they have left the property.You can do before and afters, as well as "show" the property while rehab is going on.

But yes depends on the neighborhood too - some places I worked people did not care who saw what - can still try to make it a pain for them though as a deterrent.

It works as a deterrent to bad guests from wanting to book in the first place.

I use a service called Properly that has visual checklists and requires the cleaners to take pics as they go.
