I decided that the only way I was going to do it was to announce it publicly. 

Even at a time when numerous people had lost their savings, when all of the casinos were at the edge of bankruptcy, many people were fleeing the area, and before any announcements of Tesla and the other large employment drivers, we've seen less than 1% vacancy on our rentals and have had 30+ inquiries every time we put a unit on the market out here. 

An announced inspection I would say implies taking notes and making record of conditions or behaviors.

Hello all,So I found an upcoming foreclosure auction listed at a Firm's website and announced in a local paper. 

We're waiting for the Federal Regulations (law) and IRS announcements (guidance, not actual law), and those aren't likely to come this year, either.

While most here have good intentions and operate with moral integrity, some may not so announcing on a public website that you have $200k between you may result in some people trying to make contact with you and selling you on something.
