If you have an online application or electronic version I would offer those in addition to paper.  

Easy to store electronic PDF mailed to all parties when document is fully executed.

My tenants pay  their rent to me electronically through Zelle/Chase Quickpay, no mail.

Years ago I sold electronics and they pushed us hard to sell warranties, because they are pure profit.

I think that sometimes when we equate the purchase of a house to the purchase of something at an electronic store it is a bit of a false equivalent.A house purchase is for most people the biggest and most committed purchase they will ever make in their life.

I figure it is for my convenience and these were clients who I migrated to electronic rents when they were already my tenants.

If tenants inform me prior to the date the electronic transfer is scheduled, we will waive the late fee.

I doubt it exists, but having software that keeps track of utilities that can integrate with an electronic rent payment system would be invaluable. 

I honestly don't see why they should be entitled to a cut as they get a monthly fee (9% of the rent; $100-160 in my case) and most months for that they collect the rent (paid electronically) and put it in the bank (also done electronically)-so are very well paid for the amount of time it takes ($100-160 for maybe an hours work being generous as I don't think it takes an hour).
