Hi all,Had a recent pitbull attack on me when walking the neighborhood of a rental I was house-hacking to completion. 

Some, but very very few.....might be better counties to attack like Dallas county.   

Taking the deed from the owner subject to this mortgage would not be my first plan of attack.

For instance, believe it or not, I built the attack strategy to even get in tocourt, when every atty turned the case down, I put together breach of fiduciary duty and the judge approved.

So, if he get's counsel to defend himself (even in a non-judicial setting) they will likely attack this number.  

We have a very spicific plan of "attack" and yes I feel like it's war.
