All of this is simple but not easy and if you persevere it will pay off. 

I know every business requires commitment, hard work and perseverance. 

Long-term the value of this property will overshadow the minor bumps our team perseveres through due to COVID-19 impacts.  

I wouldn't dabble in real estate because it requires a combination of time, attention and perseverance. 

I've had setbacks, learning curves and little issues but nothing that couldn't be overcome with perseverance and being willing to learn more. 

There is I believe a valid "weak" form of market timing that exists based on the simple understanding that cycles exist and having perseverance and patience will lead to good deals down the road.
