As we say in Texas, he has been all hat, no cattle.I have been approached by multiple other sources asking if we can partner on future deals, but struggle with is it worth ruining a good friendship. 

@Ryan Howard  don't mean to offend you but it sounds to me like you really don't value your friendship with your friend.

If you're not solving your friend's problem, you'll likely lose a friendship and perhaps create an issue for you and your broker
