My advise is to look at property online and see if you can talk with an agent first to see what the rules are for that state.

With the internet, there aren't really do overs -- most websites have other websites that grab (legally or illegally) information . . . it is pretty impossible to make anything disappear once you put it online.

If it's posted in Florida MLS, it's available in all online sites and people who are looking to buy property in your area can find your listings. 

This is the max that Sec8 will pay for any property and is the information that you can find online.  

Typically will be rent by rent strategy (which is tough for none owner occupants) or College rental.   

Right now I have a kid in college and my primary income wouldn’t be any help.

Is it because it's a 2 bedroom or is it because it's in a better location and looks better in online pictures.
